Can I install Optus Firmware on a SpeedStream 4200 supplied by BigPond?
Yes you can. However you should reset the modem to factory default and install the generic firmware version first. Especially if you have an older firmware version currently installed. This way you can “Unblock” the VoIP port that BigPond blocked in their earlier firmware releases.
