Introduction And Governing Law

These are the Terms & Conditions applicable to on-line purchases from The VoIP (“TVSn”). These conditions should also be read in conjunction with our Shipping & Payments, Warranty & Returns and Privacy policies.

These terms and the laws of New South Wales, Australia, apply to all transactions for the purchase of products from The VoIP (TVSn) through its web site at and any associated web page hosted on our Site. These terms represent an Agreement between TVSn and the Buyer covering the sale of Products from this Site. Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, TVSn does not offer any conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or performance of the Products other than those set out in these terms. The Buyer’s completion of the Order form on this Site will constitute an offer to the Buyer to purchase Products (the "Order"). All Orders are subject to acceptance by TVSn.


The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be our current selling price on the date of receipt, by TVSn, of the Order. All Orders will attract a delivery charge as set out in the Shipping Charges section of the Order Confirmation email.

TVSn reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer. All prices on this web site include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%.

The GST payable by the Buyer will be shown on the invoice, which TVSn will send to the Buyer. Delivery charges to the nominated address will be confirmed to the Buyer via the Order Confirmation email prior to payment being required.

Stock Availability

If a Product is "out of stock" when we process an Order, TVSn will contact the Buyer to discuss revised delivery times or refund options if necessary. Goods are not supplied on a Trial or “Sale And Return” basis. Please check specifications and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing.

Order Delivery And Cancellation

All Orders by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed via the forms provided on this Site and must include all information requested, including (but without limitation):

  • Quantity and description of Products
  • The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered
  • Current billing address to which invoices are sent
  • Valid email address

The Buyer must complete all information requested on the Order form before the Order is processed by TVSn.

TVSn will send the Buyer an email acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order (Order Submitted). If we do not accept the Buyer’s Order for any reason, we will inform the Buyer by email.


Delivery of a Product will occur between 2-6 business days after acceptance and payment of an Order. A Buyer cannot arrange collection of Orders from TVSn either in-person or via alternative courier.

If a Buyer’s Order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, the Buyer should use our contact form to request an updated estimated time of arrival.

Freight Methods

TVSn will arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using either Australia Post or nominated freight carriers. A Buyer may not arrange its own courier to collect the Products. See our Shipping & Payments page for more details...

Delivery Outside Australia

TVSn is unable to accept Orders or deliver to addresses outside Australia.

Payment for Products purchased from TVSn via our web site can only be made by Direct Transfer and Direct Deposit. For credit card payments we can only accept payments via PayPal facilities.

TVSn will verify the payment and then advise the Buyer that its Order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to make payment as soon as practical after the Order confirmation email has been delivered. Cancelling An Order

If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact us using our contact form. We will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer’s request, if the goods have not been shipped.

If the Buyer’s entire order is cancelled prior to shipment TVSn will refund to the Buyer the full amount minus any cancellation fee if applicable.

If an Order has already shipped, TVSn’s normal returns and exchanges procedure will apply.

Logon Name & Password Confidentiality and Liability

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to protect and authorise the use of their logon email and passwords. TVSn will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon email and password protection and use. Every order will require payment in full prior to goods being dispatched. Therefore, in the unlikely event that we receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform TVSn immediately. We will arrange a password change on your account and cancel the fraudulent order.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

A Product is deemed to be DOA if it fails to function according to its specifications either on set up by the Buyer or within 7 days of its purchase date. The time period for calculating DOA commences two working days after delivery is dispatched to the Buyer. See our Warranty & Returns page for more details...

Products Damaged In Transit

Claims for alleged damage to Products caused in transit to the destination specified by the Buyer must be notified to TVSn as stated in our Warranty & Returns page.

The Buyer must contact TVSn and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions. The Buyer must also supply a copy of the consignment note to TVSn.

Incorrect Supply Of Order

If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of TVSn, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Product. Provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened a full refund or replacement product will be provided.

Before returning a Product, the Buyer must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Amendment Of Terms And Conditions
TVSn may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Buyers should therefore periodically visit this page to familiarise themselves with any such revisions.
