The VoIP Store.net supply products and services from Australian Service Providers and Distributors that either supply Original Manufacturer Warranty or offer their own warranty.
The VoIP Store.net passes on these Warranties directly to you and does not provide a warranty of its’ own. As our products and services are only sourced from reputable Australian suppliers you can rest assured your investment is safe.
All products come with a warranty unless otherwise stated. In most cases the warranty period is for 12 months. Some manufacturers offer a longer standard period or the option to extend the standard warranty for a longer period.

If you have a problem with your purchase you should use our contact form in the first instance as it may be something that The VoIP Store.net can help you with. We aim to provide all necessary information to make setup and support as simple as possible.
If your item(s) do need to be returned please use the contact form to request a Return Authority Number (RAN) as some items may need to be returned directly to suppliers, manufactures, or possibly their service agents, during the warranty period.
For a full refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
We ask that you do not return items which have been damaged, misused or different than what you ordered unless it was supplied in that state originally. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective, please use the contact form to inform us immediately.
If you receive an item that is Dead On Arrival (DOA) then you should contact us immediately to facilitate the return or replacement as soon as possible. If you do receive an item that is DOA you must inform us within 48 hours otherwise the normal warranty process will apply.

Q. Am I charged shipping for returns or exchanges?
Answer: If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item which will be replaced, you will not be charged additional shipping costs for the replacement item.
Q. Can I attempt to repair the item myself?
Answer: Opening and attempting to repair the fault yourself will void any warranty of any item.
Q. Does my items’ warranty cover lightning and electrical surges?
Answer: Generally speaking warranty does not cover damages due to these causes. You should check your insurance policy to see if you are covered. If you use the Surge Protectors that we recommend, then it is possible to claim for the damage by following the suitable process.
Q. What if I receive an item damaged during shipping?
Answer: If an item is damaged in shipping, please use the contact form and provide us with your order number, delivery reference number and let us know which item was damaged. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will have a replacement item sent to you. We ask that you do not ship damaged merchandise back to us, but please hold on to it for 10 business days. In some cases the shipping carrier may want to collect the damaged merchandise as part of the claim process.
